Evacuation

In an emergency it may be necessary to remove people from the building.  If this is required, please be aware of and follow the procedures outlined below.

A. Stairwells: Broadway, Washington Avenue and Sixth Street

The building has 3 stairwells:

• Stairwell #1: Access from 13th floor to ground floor Broadway Lobby
• Stairwell #2: Access from 13th floor to Washington Avenue
• Stairwell #3: Access from 5th floor to Sixth Street

IF YOU USE STAIRS TO EXIT THE BUILDING ON A REGULAR BASIS, PLEASE BE SURE THE DOOR IS COMPLETELY CLOSED BEHIND YOU TO PROTECT THE RIGHT OF SAFE PASSAGE TO OTHER TENANTS.
