Contractors

From time to time you may require the services of an outside contractor for work not performed under the Lease.  If it is necessary that the contractor work in your space between Monday through Friday, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m., or on Saturday or Sunday, you must have prior approval from the Management Office. All contractors working in the building must have a certificate of insurance on file in the Management Office. All contractors must check in at the Property Management office upon arrival.
