Medical Emergency

If outside emergency services are needed:

A. Call 911

• Give all relative information – location, the problem, etc.
  • Call the Fire Safety Director
  • Notify the Suite/Floor Warden
• Remain with the victim.  Do not move the victim unless in immediate danger of further injury.  Keep comfortable and warm.
• Fire Safety Director/Security will insure:
  • Elevator (usually freight) is available – manually keyed down
  • Paramedics are met and guided to injured person
